John -- If you have the interest, I did come across a motorcycle with a sidecar where everything had been repositioned for the rider to control from the sidecar in his wheelchair:
I have no idea how much it would cost, but I'm sure the techs across the pond could do the same thing for you...

Seen quite a few here. There's a company in the UK that specialises in such conversions.
