Ironically, I had to vote "never been injured long enough not to ride" despite coming up on 10 months now of being too injured to ride. Lol

Que?

I ruptured a disc while playing hockey last August. Can't really recommend it.   Sad

I've tried to ride a couple of times since, but the last time (in January) really flared me up badly so I've been nervous to try again since.  I may be nearly ready to try the XT again as it's light and ergonomic.

I've been off the bike since October and probably won't be able to get back on till next year sometime. Fortunatly its not due to injury, this time, just work.

1968, T-boned a car that had stopped at a stop sign and whose driver was looking down the street I was coming from, without realizing he was looking past me and not at me. He pulled out just as I was going to enter the intersection and I T-boned him.

16 weeks in a cast while my broken left leg healed. Nothing later except my deer incident last year which took me off the bike for about 4 weeks...

Grade 4 shoulder separation 4.5 weeks ago. 1st torture session yesterday. Sounds like another 8 weeks minimum before I'm cleared to ride and the wife doesn't have plans to go out of town during that time so I guess I'll be doing as directed. Lol
