In Phoenix - Brake Pad ChangeOut

I'm here in Phoenix with the Triumph Trophy. Just got back from a 300+ day, and just getting back to the condo, heard the tell-tale grind of a rear brake pad that's past it's prime.
I'll call the two Triumph Dealerships in the morning, and see who's got the rear pad set for the Trophy.
I had just had the rear wheel off not long ago for a tire replacement and seemed it was okay.. Oh well...
Now I just need to see if I have enough tools with me to pull the rear wheel. I *think* I do.
Ugh.....
That said - the Condo assn probably doesn't want me changing the brakes in the garage. Does anyone have a garage they can open to me tomorrow sometime, or Saturday, for just long enough that I can get this done? I'm at Central/Camelback.
Rusty.

Much thanks to Arizona Superbike!!
http://azsbk.com/
They got my Trophy in at my appointed time of 2:30, and I was out the door by 3:30.
The mechanic took his time, cleaned up the rotor a little, and got me going - for under $100 parts & labor.
I'm back at my flat, posting this while sipping champagne and watching the palm trees in the breeze.
Yes, credit cards (well cash, whatever
) much better than Labour!
