RS250 frame & title value?

Anybody got an opinion what an RS250 frame with a title that is street legal is worth? Found one that may be for sale, don't know much about it but I'd assume it's a salvage title as the frame and title are all that is available. Contemplating trying to pick it up and sitting on it for awhile until I find a suitable donor for the rest of the parts. Thanks in advance for any useful info...

Supposed to be a street legal frame so I'm guessing street version instead of race. It is several hours away from me so I haven't followed up yet. Not sure if I want to open the money pit that may ensue, so I thought I'd solicit opinions as to the value of the frame & title before staring down that Guatemalan sink hole...
