So after getting my tax money back and having the realization that there will be no "new" bike this year, I figured I would spruce up the Sprint. I sent the plastics out to be painted a pearl white. Then came the suspension up grades, I went and ordered a set of RaceTech springs and goldvalves for the front, plus a Wilbers shock in the rear, and a Speed Triple hugger to keep it nice and tidy. Next came the DnD exhaust, chrome looks good against the white.
To keep it all connected to the road a fresh set of Pilot Road 2ct.
Here are some pics, I hope you guys find her half as lovey as I do.

Couple of other looks, I wish the tail section pic had come out better to show the "ghosted" on Union Jack, when its viewed at different angles you can see the blue and red stripes.
Other little add-ons were mesh in the fairing vents. I think over all it looks really good, and with the new suspension it provides a higher level of confidence in all maneuvers

Looking great  Thumbsup.

I recently went Racetech front and rear on my Tiger and to say it makes a huge difference is an understatement.

Very classy. Nice job!

I also went full RaceTech on my zrx. Unbelievable difference...it's like a different bike. Tiger will be upgraded next year with the same. Springs cut for my weight, gold valves, personal configuration, rears rebuilt, etc. $ well spent, imo. Enjoy your "new" Sprint...

Very nice!  I'm currently waiting for my front and rear Racetech valves and springs to show up, and, after Punch's endless goading and taunting in his Tiger SE thread, an Arrow can as well.  Can't wait!  I'll post pics in a couple weeks.  Inlove

Very nice looking bike.  How does the exhaust sound?  D&D pipes are often quite loud.

Nice...

Can you get a picture of the hugger from the open side?  I've been thinking about doing the same thing to mine.

Is there any chance you can take some pics with good lighting, but without getting an overexposure on the white?  It's hard to tell how the color really looks on your bike.

So was your swingarm allready drilled for the hugger or did you drill and tap to mount it.

I've got an 06 and I really like the look of the Triumph hugger, the texture matches the fame.

From what I've read over on TRat.net, some of the '05 Sprints came with a pre-drilled swingarm - the early production run, I think - before they stopped.

So has anyone tried to drill and tap their own?  I ordered the hugger and have no holes in mine.

Thinking I can drop the swingarm and put my own in without too much trouble.
