They should have the road open by then .  I was up there 2 weeks ago , the speed limit has dropped to 30 and there were 2 LEO's  having plenty of fun writing tickets . They are using laser  speed guns  ( line of sight)  One of the guys I was riding with got one for ...32MPH.... be wary
