uh... rear stands are cheap and plentiful.

That may be...but a rear stand might pose a problem on the Buell, for a couple of reasons.

First off, the swingarm has a wide section, and is wide overall.  Of course, you could install spools through the hollow axle, but...ya gotta take the axle out to remove the wheel.  So you're lifting by the swingarm anyway...now, though, you gotta take off the (somewhat fragile) final drive belt--which means removing the belt guard (lots of little screws that are hard enough to get at without a rear stand in the way), then the belt comes off the bike--but is trapped around the rear stand...  Thanks, but no, I'll use my muffler jacks Smile
