I need to know oil capacity of forks,doing a favor for  fried.I know I could just go by oil level but I really like to avoid pulling cartridges,springs and fork caps a part.

From my '06 manual - I believe the '07 was the same.

RECOMMENDED FORK FLUID :
Pro Honda Suspension Fluid , 55-55 or equivalent
FORK FLUID CAPACITY:
466 ± 2.5 em' (15.8 ± 0.08 US oz, 16.4 ± 0.09 Imp oz)
