That spot is filled by the GSX1250FA at present.  Not a Hayabusa engine, but goes well nonetheless

Which we may or may not get in the states.  Assuming we get any suzukis in the next year anyway.

Hang in there folks. Suzuki's not dead yet. The '11s have started showing up on their site.

I was just at my local dealership and asked the head sales guy when the new models would start showing up.  He said that the Hondas and Kawasakis would start showing up over the next few months but he didn't expect any suzukis until NEXT summer.  Don't know how much I trust that statement, or if the dealership just decided not to bring in any Suzuki for some reason.

I suspect that if we do get suzuki bikes in the next few months we should expect pretty much "bold new graphics" with maybe 1 or 2 minor tweaks.

If they haven't done it by now (10 years in) I doubt they ever will.  When the Busa came out I assumed it would be a natural progression to come out with a more touring oriented version, or stuff it in an updated Bandit.

Instead we get the BKing.  A great engine in a mostly fugly, impractical package.

Hey, but WTF do I know?  Shrug

I guess they figured that bikes like the Bus and Bandit already filled the Sport Touring gap and didn't feel the need to spend R&D dollars on making a bike Specifically for sport touring.  But after the FJR and C-14 came out I figured they would have did something but there has been zero word on even the internet of Zuki doing anything like that.
