Heavily rumored and probably destined for Europe only unless enough Americans start an FJR-like mail in campaign.

Why would they build something so close to the Super Tenere? Or isn't the ST the TDM 1200?

I could see the TDM being the street biased ST'r vs the adventure aspirations of the Super Tenere.
Maybe some diff hard bags (probably the FJR ones), more street biased front end (17" wheel) and will probably sell better than the Super Tenere - the TDM 900's are still good sellers in Europe - but they never caught on here in the US.
Maybe that has changed now - I could see a TDM version here before the Super Tenere.

It would be awesome to get the FZ1 package with shaft drive!

My thought as well.  Pretty weird fuel filling location, too.

I like the thought on this. Moving the tank bag for fuel isn't the end of the world but it is a bother.
