Anyone in WNC, NGa or Upstate SC wanna ride tomorrow 8/15

I'm thinking about going on a short ride tomorrow morning before it gets too hot.  I'll probably leave around daylight & get home around 3-4.  I'm planning on riding 200-250 miles maybe more if time permits.

I'm in Anderson SC & don't really have a route planned, just curious if anyone would want to ride to give me a direction.

I'm planning on riding tomorrow also.  I'm up 221 near Chesnee and almost in NC.  I had planned to run the 28's out of Walhalla to Deals Gap or Robbinsville.  I have no clue on when I'll be able to get out of the house so I should hit Walhalla somewhere between 9-10.   If you see a blue Tiger with a silver helmeted rider, could be me.  I'll keep an eye out for you too.

Its funny, a couple hrs after I posted this a guy I know called & we're meeting for breakfast at 7am & then riding up 28.   I don't know where we're headed but we'll end up somewhere.   I'm not sure what time we'll be in Walhalla.  Its only 30 miles from here to Walhalla so we'll probably be going through before or around 8am.  I'll keep an eye for you though.  My C-14 is pictured.

If I was riding by myself like I had planned, then I'd wait to leave & meet you in Walhalla.

It's about an hour and 45 minutes from here to Walhalla, so you'll be out ahead of me.  I'm not sure when I'll get out the door, got a Siberian Husky that demands his walk in the morning     Hope we run into each other.

I ride your way sometimes too.  I ride 221 to the Snake & take the parkway to Mt. Mitchell so I'm sure we'll get together sometime.  My cell is 864-844-3444 if you want to try to call or text.  If I don't answer we're probably riding but I'll call back when we stop.

That's my spring tuneup route    There is a great connector road between 178 and 276 called E.Fork Road.  You can almost read your license plate on some of the turns on that one  

I have to get out this weekend.  My plan is to run the 28's from Walhalla to Deals Gap.  Not interested that much in the Dragon, but if I have time to run across the Cherohala and back.
