Alright folks let chime in. What have been up to?

Last Sunday was a beautiful day for riding. Doc TJ, Rasta and I had a great day in eastern PA. Doc will no doubt give an eloquent trip report soon.

Been putting some more miles on my Multistrada - down to Cape May, out to the Susquehanna, up to New Hope.  Very lucky with the weather this late in the year.  Today's shaping up to be great again!

Rasta, Eastern Road Runner, TjConc, and I hooked up at Johnny's at 10:00 am and made a beeline for the Riegelsville Bridge through Hunterdon County. Catching up with Interstate 78 on the Keystone side of the Delaware River, we headed west to some of our favorite farm roads. Pa Routes 737, 863, and 143 can provide some great twisties with zero police presence.Smile

We stopped at the Skyview Restaurant in Krumsville for lunch where one of the specials was the stomach of some barnyard livestock. Yum! I was not surprised when there were no takers at our table and that we opted for a more traditional fare.

Traveling North we decided to take a spin up Wildcat Mountain but we're discouraged with the detour/road closed sign that had just been posted. We made our way back through Carbon and Northampton Counties arriving home just after nightfall with 246 miles on the clock. As always: no runs, no hits, and no one left on base.

Stupid to ride a R80 to SF or stupid to fight the TurkeyDay traffic or weather related difficulties?  Coast-to-cost in Nov. is much too interesting a trip not to try to get more details out of you.  And yeah, the airhead boxers are close to bulletproof.  When they do breakdown, you can usually fix them using the OEM toolkit under the seat!

Recently, time has only allowed me to ride up and down River Rd on the Raritian River canal.  But hey, that's a nice little ride.  I'll have to brave the colder temp when I have more time.  I refuse to winterize the bike, unless turning on the heated grips counts as "winterizing".Lol

It's a little early in the week yet, but right now Sunday's forecast looks awesome for December!   Is there anybody out there who might be up for riding Sunday.  No specific route plans yet, just seeing if there's any interest.

Sounds good. I'm not sure if TjConc will be back from his European Holiday by then, but you could count me in since the weather appears to be cooperative. I will check-in by Saturday evening.
