Id like to know if the wheels from a 03+ R6 will fit a 1999 R6.  Anyone know?

Probably not.  There are about a dozen different dimensions that have to measure up within a few millimeters or else painstaking, expensive adapters have to be machined.

Go ask on an R6 board for the definitive answer.

Do you know a good R6 or sportbike forum?  I cam here when friend recommended it, but I am figuring out that sport-touring does not mean sport and touring  Lol

You're probably finding out that sport-touring really doesn't mean anything.  Lol

Some of the early wheels may fit as long as the bike still had right side up forks and the same size brake discs. That would rule out the '05 and newer wheels for sure.
