I moved in June and for the life of me can't find my feckin' service manual
I'm gonna do the front brake pads on my '06 Sprint tonight and wondering if anybody could tell me the ft/lb or nm of the calipers?

the calipers on teh 07 Tigers (radial, if that helps compare em to yours) have four bolts (two per side) speced at 20NM  . . . .. they also recommended som impossible to obtain in the states thread locker, so i used Blue Loctite.

Hope this isn't too late, but...

For both front & rear, caliper to fork/carrier: 40 Nm
Retaining pin: 19 Nm
