I bought my Breva used. It only came with one key. I'd like another one to keep around; the reasons should be obvious. I was at a Euro dealer over the weekend picking up some Ducati parts for a job I'm working on and figured I'd get the key. Well then... I can order a blank key, then take it to a locksmith to have it cut. They can not cut or order it pre-cut there (no key #).

It's $65 $75.

For the spare key blank.

It's chipped for the immobilizer.

Can you get a non-chipped key, and use a PIN to disable the immobilizer?

I honestly have no idea, but it's a very unusual key. And the dealer only shows one part number for the chipped key. I could certainly investigate that. Thanks for the idea.  Thumbsup

Hey, Chris, if you're not fussy about the way the top of the key looks, an Aprilia RSV or Tuono key works exactly the same and has the same chip.

And an Aprilia blank is only $11.  Seriously.  Something to think about...

I have one of these keys for my 1200 Sport and it works just great.   Thumbsup

Sweet. I am SOOO ordering one. Thanks for the tip. Hadn't really thought about going cross-brand, but it makes sense since they're all Piagios, anyway.  Thumbsup
