Yesterday I decided to take off the mud gaurd / wrap around chain gaurd thing ( the chain part makes cleaning the chain a PITA!).  The top two bolts that mount the assembly on the very back of the swingarm come out fine - the third one on the bottom turns ~1/8 a turn with little resistance, thens spins freely.  Take the driver out, and it falls out with the entire threaded portion (how ever long that is?) sheared off in hole in the swingarm  Crazy

It seems obvious to me the bolt was weakened by over-torquing at the factory to the point it couldn't break free of the threadlocker (other two bolts had it on the threads)?  Dealer is closed today, calling them tomorrow - hopefully they take care of me.

Talked to the dealer - they said no problem, bring it in and we'll fix it  Thumbsup

Tech said I was the second one to have this problem.
