I'm guessing its the UK distributor offering this bike not the Suzuki mothership in Japan.
I like it. UK Suzuki has offered a touring version of the DL650 before but it wasn't as cool as this one. They also offered a special editions SV1000S a few years ago so they have a history of special editions for the UK only. Different market.
