I bought this one:

It seems to be the same deal. The site has a detailed explanation of why it works--and it does work. On my 07 GS the mild flat spot at lower rpms is much less noticeable.
We also installed it on an 07 GSA with similar results. I assumed fuel economy would drop as the point is to temporarily richen the mixture but it seems to have increased my mileage by about 1 MPG Headscratch. If I had an 08 or 09 I wouldn't bother as the issue (at least on those I've ridden) was sorted out by then.
