Interesting ... here's a friendly question for you.  Did you ever prosecute any police officers for what they did on duty?

A recent trial of a police officer in this area (that was caught on video making racist comments while stomping on the head a suspect laying on his stomach) was found innocent of a hate crime.  The reason given was because he did not originally target the suspect racially, so it was OK to use racial slurs while making an arrest.  And the suspect he did this to was just an innocent by stander in the wrong place at the wrong time.    Yeah, "special" prosecutors for sure.

Maybe you'll get mistakenly arrested someday and an officer will stomp your face in the ground with his boot and say:

Sorry for my absence, been busy and will continue to be, but BUsa, if what you say is true, cop was still found guilty of battery or unnecessary force or whatever else he was charged with.  For a crime to be a hate crime, the intent of the crime, i.e., picking that person to beat, must be based on the persons' race/gender/religion.  Not just an arrestee.  Read the statutes.  You're still acting like a fucktard about cops.

How's that for civilized?
