Best place to buy boots in Portland?

I'm heading down to Portland this weekend and am hoping to buy some boots there - Tax fee!  Where's a good place to get Icon boots?  I'm partial to the Super Duty 2's, I can never find them here.

Any good bike store to check out there?  I only know of the Beemer dealer in Tigard. I'll only have a few hours to kill, so the closer to the city center the better.
