Trackdays for Sport Touring Riders

Hey all,
Just letting everyone know that we have 5 trackdays left this year, on 3 different tracks!
Sept 26 and 27 are in New Jersey. Thunderbolt course one day and Lightning course the second.
Oct 4, 5, and 6 are in New Hampshire.
Unlike some trackday org's, we generally have a bit older crowd and we always have some non-race replicas out there playing... and learning!
So, unless you ride something like a cruiser with very limited ground clearance, we invite you to join us. Winter will be here soon, so don't let the last chances slip by.
All the details are on the TonysTrackDays.com website, and you can also use the CONTACT US page there to email me specifics.
Thanks, and ride safe!
Tony

I'm a complete track day noob.
I don't have leathers; what's the rule there?
The lights come off my bike in about 9 seconds so that's actually easier than taping everything up.
I'd love to get my Guzzi on the track. I think I can scare up some decent gummy sneakers for it for cheap, too.

""Our gear requirements are easy to meet, and are items that all motorcyclists should own and use.
Quality riding gear should be viewed as an investment, not an expense. If you purchase high-quality items, they should provide you with many years of protection and comfort.
JACKET/PANTS: One piece leathers, or two-piece leathers that connect with a zipper are best. If the jacket and pants do not connect, they must fully overlap when the rider is seated on the bike in the tucked position.
We also allow non-leather riding suits (such as Aerostich) provided they are motorcycle specific and have extra padding in the knees and elbows at a minimum. If they don't have the padding built in, consider purchasing separate padding for these areas.
MESH type gear is not allowed.
HELMET: At the NJ track, a SNELL 2000 or 2005 helmet is required. This is a NJ state law (one that we do not agree with, by the way!).
At the New Hampshire track, an UNDAMAGED, full-faced helmet with DOT, SNELL, or BSI rating. A high-quality "flip up" type helmet will also be allowed in the RED group only. ""

Yep... those are the gear requirements.
By the way, just about everything is available for rent or purchase at the event too.

Bump to remind everyone that some pricing discount deadlines are fast approaching.
Save some $$ by signing up in the next week or so.
Remember, we are sport touring bike friendly. It is not all sportbikes at our days, so no excuses to not come out and learn how to ride your bike better.
Read through some of our testimonials and you'll see how many people learned more in one or two days with us than years of riding on their own.

Quoted for truth. Tony's days are super organized, and confidence inspiring. I felt so nervous that I'd be a slow ass bandit out there with people blowing by me, but his group structure works great and Tony's beginner track day program really takes the stress out of first time out to the track.
I've done 7 days with Tony now and my improvement has been exponential. I wouldn't hesitate recommending TTD's to anyone.

Thanks Tony for informing us with the updates. Want to do Monday but will be camping that weekend with STN, a little too much too soon. Looks like you are done for NJMP after that weekend. I'll catch you in early 2011 there.

Bump.
The 2012 season is coming:). Check out the TTD site for the schedule. I look forward to seeing some other STN decals there. The first timer program is a great way to get out on the track in a non threatening atmosphere!
