I have about 30k on an 05. I do all of the maintenance except the servo brake bleed. I have the JVB DVD and could take that one on too if I had the time. The general maintenance isn't bad nor does it take much time. To date the bike has been pretty good. I had a fuel leak that was repaired under warranty. I didn't have a final drive failure but I had a final drive seal leak. It wasn't a problem. The seal started to barely leak. They replaced it for IIRC $90. My one bitch would be the front rim. I've dinged it twice from the local roads. I've had it straightened once.
