I somehow managed to get my grad school homework done by midnight last night, so I was free to ride today! First all-day ride since ESTN. FML...

I managed about 75 miles of mostly dirt roads, double track, some single track and a few creek crossings (one kinda long with very slippery rocks). Great day on the bike. Leaves are starting to turn, but only saw one really outstanding section (no pics, riding in a group). These are all from the Laurel Highland in the mountains east of Pittsburgh (near Seven Springs ski area).

He FLYS on that thing. Fastest guy in the group. Rocks, mud, slippery creek crossings, whatever. He just pins it. Spends a lot of time on the rear wheel too. The dude can RIDE. To make it even more insane, those were very shagged Dragon Super Corsas (or something like that), a DOT track day tire.

The group had three DRZs, a couple Husabergs, a KLR, a Husky TE-610, and a couple KTMs.

I thought you were using binary there.  Couldn't figure out why you'd post a thread on how you, "Spent" 42!   Lol
