Got 6500 miles out of the Metz rear tire that came on the 1200 Sport.  It went away quick while on a trip in NW Arkansas.  Went from looks OK to gone in about 30 miles on tar chip road.  Replaced with a Pilot Power at a Honda dealer in Springdale.  Bad part is I have a set of Angle ST's in my garage ready to go, but thought the Metz would hold out on this last 1000 mile trip.  I hate being so wrong on a Sunday, then have to wait until Tuesday to get it replaced.  Crazy

Heartland Honda service department was great, got me in and out in < hour and under $200.

mine Metz M3 went from "looks like I should order" to "where the hell are they" in about 30miles. they were OK tires but i never felt real connected to the road. i went with the Mich RP and its so much better.

I like the way the M3's feel (there are M3's on both of my Aprilia), but they are pretty soft.  Man, it's great that you got 6,500 miles out of your rear M3.

Switched to Michelin Pilot 2CT's, we'll see how that goes.  They feel good, and look almost new after 3,000 miles.   Shrug
