I think the first Harley racing team (1920s or 30s?) had a pig as a mascot.

Jesus Christ man... stop it. Who f'ing cares? As has been pointed out repeatedly and with gusto, Harley-Davidson doesn't make Sport-Tourers - sport ANYTHING - and this site, full of Experts on Everything, is NOT a freaking Harley forum.

Move. The. Fuck. Along.

Sheesh... don't you have like some super-epic sport bike now that you can talk about?  Headscratch

Actually HD has made sporty bikes in the past and they make a sporty bike now.   Its called the 1200X sportster.   You can even buy luggage for it and make it a "Sport Tourer"

Harley was huge into racing as this post and the picture represent.

I'm just posting FACTS

give it a rest.

the harley bashing has died down and this place hasn't sucked for the last week or so.

you seem to live on strife and angst.

seriously, go troll on the harley forums for a while if you want your questions answered and let ST.N be... whatever it is these days.

Chris
I've confronted you with this before - You're the one that needs to give it a rest.  Your self designated 'Harley Sentinel' act was old a year ago.

I repeat...

the harley bashing has died down and this place hasn't sucked for the last week or so.

It's got nothing to do with... what did you call it? Harley sentinel...? It's got everything to do with people ragging on shit for the sake of ragging on it. BMW final drives one day, VFR regulators the next, Harleys every other day, Suzuki giving us nothing for 2010...

To paraphrase Sam on Burn Notice... "You know STN members... bunch of bitchy little girls!"  Lol Lol Lol

All I can say is - given a chance to ride an XR1200X - I'd grab the keys and be gone.

I think it'd be a hoot.
