Doesn't matter what color the forks are so long as they work. The Gold colored forks tend to be of the more high tech inverted variety anyhow...

Shit - y'all are worried about Gold coloured forks -

I have a GL-1200 LTD - the whole bike is gold - and the p.o. had the lower portions of the forks chromed.

I'm replacing those with non-chromed ones.
