haha it is kind of psychedelic isn't it? Wink

notice also, no crash bars of any kind, which most police bikes have in spades. Looks like some frame sliders... interesting... what country is this? any idea?

It's a common paint scheme.

If I recall there was an article the paint caused increase target fixation from drivers when parked  Headscratch
