Custom Ear Plugs, Denver area?

Anyone know a source for custom ear plugs, preferably made while you wait, in the Denver area (+/- a few hundred miles)?

The only time I've seen the "while you wait" places are at large bike events. You may check out the bike show in January at the Stock Show Complex,
http://www.comotorcycleshowandswap.com/
Or, IIRC, there was a custom ear plug guy at the Tanner Gun Show the last time I was there, but it's been a couple of years.

I would check with hearing specialists that deal with workplace noise. That is where I ususally see the custom molded earplugs.

Justin... Picked up my custom plugs (a set with speakers, a set without) at Ear Inc. in Boulder. They advertise in a variety of motorcycle mags.
http://www.earinc.com/m-motorsports.php
Give them a call, arrange a time to drop by, and they will shoot the foam into the ears, make molds, then send them off to a lab (most custom ear plug places do this). They arrived at my home a week later. Custom plugs and heated gear are two of my "what took me so long" purchases!

Thanks Steve, will give them a shout - and while I've had heated gear for ages, been lax with the custom plugs. About how much did they run when you got them?

bring your helmet with you, and wear it while the goop cures in your ears.
some folks' ear canals alter enough when wearing a helmet that a perfectly fitting mold (helmetless) can have you admitting to the Kennedy assassination within minutes.
you don't have to ask how I know.

Thanks for the tip, $80 sounds very reasonable, and Fort Collins is just a hop, skip and jump away.

Since I'd ride there I'd have my helmet already - but thanks for the advice, now I know to wear it while it sets.

I got my done at a hearing Doc in the local hospital. Cost me $50.00 and I picked them up a day later.
They have to let them cure 24 hours and then they trim them down in a few areas and then the put a special gloss coating on them after that. love mine! I had them done once at a gun show and that worked good too.
