Has anyone tried the passenger foot peg extension for the ST1300 as sold by Motorcycle Larry? (MCL)

http://www.motorcyclelarry.com/st1300pfpb.aspx

I am considering buying them for my other half who has complained in the past (among other complaints  Lol)  that her legs are too high on the bike.

When I look at the pictures on the MCL site, the feet of the driver and passenger look awfully close with those pegs, or are they?  Also, is the closeness of the exhaust an issue with them?

I have them on mine. Yes your foot are closer, but the only time I notice is when backing up. The exhaust is'nt a problem because of the ledge on the frame. She rests her heel on the ledge and her foot on the pegs. It made a huge difference for her. It took her weight off her tail bone and puts it on her thighs and butt. Fit and finish are very good and the still retract just like the originals.
