My Buell Ulysses doesn't exist yet, but it will soon.  Inlove

I'm ready for some of those dirt roads I've wondered about.

Seems like a great bike for Colorado, and my wife (initial impressions) thinks it's comfy enough!

Here's a couple of my scoots, both are 00 M2 Cyclones, one for everyday, (45,000 mi since new) and the other is my track bike, tho I haven't made it to the track yet, it has quick detach lights and kickstand.

I thought this was a very interesting picture effect on a customized Lightning.  Pic is by a Bad Weather member by the name of JRod.

Thanks, man! The screen is CB's 12". The 'Blazers' were purchased from Kragen Auto Supply. They're great - work fine - for less! They have that weird purple glow when they're off, which I think is cool!

Damn, nice. I really need to chase you guys on your H-D's on the fast400.

That windscreen looks great painted to match. Very original looking.

Great pictures guys!  I can't wait to see more.  I just spent the last 20 minutes hanging out on the Buell website watching all of Erik's videos ( http://www.buell.com/en_us/buell_way/buell_on_buell/radicalprinciples.asp ).

Between this thread and Erik's videos, I want to run out and get a Uly tomorrow!

R Doug,

What are you waiting for?  Lol  It's Christmas, so go treat yourself with a new Uly!  It would certainly start 2007 on the right note.

Believe me, I'm close.  I want to test ride it.  But, if I find out that a F650GS can take me on long asphalt trips, comfortably, I have to like it's better off-road ability and lighter weight.

My goal is to pick up something which will allow me to pack things up on it and take long trips.  The dual sport part is just a plus.

I know the '07 Uly is lower and I can still get the lower seat option.  Plus, w/ the improved front progressive forks, I won't have to reprogram myself from trail braking into every corner (not jamming it into corners, but just a smooth transition type of trail braking).  Plus, the looks of the Uly are just killer, I love it!
