Just an FYI for the Strada owners out there. I was never told this by the dealer when I bought the bike and just ordered replacement parts. It seems that if you're running around without the bags on your bike, take a minute and remove the rubber bracket pads from the rear pegs. They have a tendency to fall off. Anyways, I ordered an additional set in addition to the replacement for the one I lost and I plan on countersinking some stainless steel nuts and bolts in them for a permanent mount.

I just thought that if you didn't already know, this might save you 8 bucks (a side).

Thanks for the heads-up.  Mine are still attached, but I hadn't realized they were prone to falling off.  I'll make a note to at least check their fit next time I'm out.

** So, yeah.  Mine weren't loose, but they did just come right off when I pushed them back, so I removed and left 'em with the bags in the garage today.

we found that if you put some form of a lubricant (silicone spray) on the 3 mount points it makes it easier to remove and install bags,  maybe that would help tug less on the buffer blocks.

Mine seem to be firmly attached, I might pull them off and use some black silicone RTV as an adhesive on the bracket and re-install.

Oh man, I read this just a little too late. Went out today and saw that one of mine is missing...I guess this was an eight dollar lesson that I need to spend more time browsing this forum! lol
