Just finished installing the pipe from Todd at GT-Rx on the Sport 1200.About 45 minutes wrenching and 30 minutes taking in the Guzzi song.
The kit is VERY nicely done and includes everything you need with a LeoVince pipe with easily removable baffle. Nice deep sound with the baffle in and soul stirring with it out! Unfortunately it's February in Ottawa,so no road test is available but it sounds awsome in the garage.
I've got no way to provide a sound clip but just put on your favorite song and turn the bass way up! Thanks GuzziTech.

I guess I will have to wait till August when you ride the bike up for the Ontario Guzzi Riders Rally in beautiful downtown Lavigne. A 4 hour ride from anywhere.

A word to the wise. If you ever intend to install the center stand let Todd know up front as you get a different mid pipe with the stop welded onto it in that case. Otherwise you have to get the stop welded on yourself and it's not a cheap job to get done!

When you get the chance, I'd enjoy seeing a vid clip or just pics of the new pipe setup. I've been wondering what that pipe is like.
The stock setup sounds very nice, but it sits in a place where it catches a lot of road mung. The cover on my end can is cracked already. Seems like it's going to wear out sooner rather than later. It's not really the Guzzi ethic, but I wipe it down with Lemon Pledge about every other ride just to keep it clean.

Cracked end can cover? Huh? What's this all about? Got pics?

Is this the pseudo carbon fiber looking cover you're referring to?

Yes, exactly. I'll try to remember to post up a pic.
Seems like a good excuse to get a new GT-Rx pipe, no?

Since yours is letting go, can you tell if it is functional, or just cosmetic?

I think it's cosmetic. I'll go take a closer look this morning. It's my birthday, so I'm taking the day off.

Here's a group of pictures showing the pipe on the Guzzi with baffle in and out. The last two are size compaisons of old vs. new.
We still have lots of clearance to use our soft bags.
