Just confirmed by a phone call....they liked the first few and just ordered 9 more.

Yeah, was chatting with a trooper at Fey Myers picking one up a few months back. They are pretty bad-ass looking. First Chargers, now this lol

Was at a motorcycle safety meeting Tuesday night with two state troopers in attendance.  One is picking up his C14 this summer.  He mentioned about 1/2 dozen are in the state now with another 1/2 dozen or so arriving 2011.  I've seen 2-3 of them here and there.  They all were a gray-green color.

I can confirm this. I saw one in Longmont, CO last year, sep or october. Pretty nice looking color scheme on it.

While I had them on the phone I also asked if they had started wearing proper gear (ATGATT)....Nope, just the standard uniform for moto officers.


Progress can be awfully slow.....

I also brought up the gear thing to the troopers (since this was a safety meeting Wink).  It was mentioned they would be switching from the 3/4 style helmet to a modular full face with the flip-up.  Would look kinda strange wearing a cruiser or 3/4 helmet on the C14.  Smile

Subway has donuts now? .. ba dum tish!

But yeah, they are pretty bad-ass looking. Then again, the Charger's are pretty bad ass looking cruisers as well.
