My daughter bought an iTunes card at the airport in Seattle. Unfortunately being bought in the US it is only good if you have an iTunes account originating in the USA. Confirmed this with Apple Help this morning....
It is a $15 card and I thought maybe an ST.n'er might like it for $10 shipped payment to PayPal ? If not, it goes to waste.

They should offer you a refund with apologies!

Try to buy anything in Best Buy with an out of country credit card.
Better yet, pay with a USA card and try to get them to ship it overseas. They wont do either to combat grey market sales.

I've bought at BB numerous times, in person, with a Canadian Visa.
Whether she bought with cash or credit, the retailer has her money, and Apple should honour the transaction.
