Yeah, that's true. Unfortunately, impersonating an officer is a felony. If the prosecutor wants to go that way, Stewart could be seriously screwed.
Wasn't there a thread a couple of weeks ago or so about this guy getting hit with felony charges for using his phone to do the same thing?
