On with my search for a new moto I test drove a 06 Uly 2.5K for $5.25K. I liked it. Though it's a tad top heavy for me (5'10"). I'm guessing a tad lower seat would fix some of that. Seems like an ideal bike for New Mexico. Tomorrow a 08 SP3 1.6K for $6.5.

If you are in New Mexico, don't forget to check into the Uly Comfort Kit since these did not come out until 2009.  It will save your right leg and butt from excess heat.

06 didn't have progressive fork springs.  They are worth getting, particularly for 2 up riding.

The 06 Low seat is supposed to be uncomfortable.  The later model standard seat is only a touch higher and good comfort.  They are a tall bike regardless of the seat.
