i got 68mpg once on the speed triple! 70mph downhill for 200 miles in colorado in the rain.low fuel light came on at 208 miles
i thought that the light had burned out

Good stuff, I used to be able to get 50 on my 02 R6, but those days are gone. Lately, the FJR is getting around 40mpg.

I was amazed to put only 2.75 gallons of fuel in my Bking after riding 111 miles.......that's a hair over 40 mpg. That ride included several triple digit passes on two lane back roads with a bit of city stop and go.
