1999 Interceptor colors

Did they come in yellow? I thought the only year for yellow was 2000.

Yes, unless someone painted it or swapped bodywork.

1999 was Red, Red or Red for the USA.

The data plate could have 1999 stamped on it (as it was produced in late 99) but sold as a 2000 model.

I remember specifically all the folks on the "big list" back on the cs.wisc.edu server complaining steadily that up until 2000, all the USA got was RED while the rest of the world enjoyed other colours.

In Canada, we had deep metallic green, black and red from 1998 to 2000. Then silver and yellow too after that.

The running joke was that it was retribution for the A-bomb.
