Planning on meeting you guys for the get together, then going to spend the night at Blue Ridge Motorcycle Campground.  I'm in for any ride to higher elevation after lunch

Guys after followings this great outing- I have to pull out since my rear tire ( I feel will not make the 500 mile trip) and after I looked at my bank account I just can't spare the bills for tire,etc at this time for this great outing. after the 4th I should be good!

Ok, just confirming that we are having a preliminary meeting at the Dunkin Donuts at 1975 Hendersonville Rd. in Asheville between 8:30-9:00 am then riding down to Sticky Fingers in Greenville.
Looking forward to riding tomorrow, actually I'm always looking forward to riding.

I hope this is the case as I won't be able to make it this time. I made an earlier commitment to ride in another part of NC (Charlotte to Boone to Asheville (via BRP) to Highlands to a couch in Clemson). So at least I'll be riding anyway! Have fun guys! And if you get out-braked and passed by a guy on an RC51 with Yoshis and a blue SV1000 don't take it personally, ok?

I thought it was 9:15 at DD on Hendersonville Rd????   I'm coming up through Lake Lure and Hickory Nut Gap from SpartBurg, just want to make sure I time it right.

Sticky Fingers for all:  3 Market Point Drive Greenville, SC  29607 (Which is not the downtown Greenville location)

I'll be down at the DD to meet TT, FF, MK, and ST...  

It's been a long couple of days...  The Givi rack mounting bracket broke yesterday, so it got welded up at MK's house last night.  Then I am at work and notice out my door that there is a nail sticking out of my relatively new back tire.  The local shops that I might be able to talk into patching it are all out for the weekend either on vacay or at the races (none of the large shops do patches/plugs), but I found a shop to patch it from the inside (they do mostly cars but are bike enthusiasts and do a lot of bike tires also). I have a plug kit, but consider that an emergency dealio and would rather patch from the inside, and I wasn't about to go pulling the tire off myself.  Strick's does have the inside patch kit though FYI.  

So, I'm going to put the Givi back on right now and should be able to roll in the morning.

And heck, for anybody that can't make it this weekend, there's always next weekend.  My goal is to have a lot more fun riding this summer.

Bummer.  I've been here two weeks and my bike is still 360 miles away.  

The bike will be here the first week of July.  I hope to be riding again by mid July.  I hope to catch up with some of you guys!
