Thinking about riding to southern Utah in early June. Can anyone give me an idea of what conditions to expect? Weather, do I need reservations for lodging or camping, pavement condition (lots of tar snakes last time I rode down there).

I was there early April, and things were fine. There were some nasty tar snakes near Boulder though as you mentioned. June will be fine weather wise. While there is always a chance for crappy weather at elevation, it's not likely. Camping should be no prob.

depends. Probably fine, but you might get nasty weather up high. Likely fine.

Reservations won't be needed, especially if camping.
Which bike are you taking?
