Iron Butt Rally Meets?

I'm riding up to Seattle from Bakersfield, CA on or about June 13... anyone want to meet up along the way for some chow and/ or a partial tag-a-long?

I plan to take off Monday morning (June 13). I'll probably stop somewhere between San Francisco and Medford, OR. Then I'll head up to Canada, try the border crossing out to be sure I have all my shit straight, then head back to the hotel in Seattle. Friday is a day or rest (or panicked problem fixing).

Of course, the finish is in Ontario, CA and I'd be happy to say "hi" to anyone there once rally business is taken care of. And I'm really hoping to find some STNers in Jacksonville, FL for the checkpoint there for a helping hand or two.

Ummm... Sunday is the 19th. Saturday is the 18th.

As you can imagine, the pre-start proceedures for the rally are pretty daunting. We'll be knee deep in check-in, tech inspection, document verification, camera certs, and ODO checks on Saturday and Sunday. That's why I'm leaving Friday open as my rest day.

How far is this place from the start? I might have to ask for a rendezvous at the starting point... maybe the hotel restaraunt/ bar?

I can't read a calendar obviously.    It will have to be late Saturday or anytime Sunday.  I'm leaving Missoula Saturday morning.
