Another sunny Saturday coming up and the old lady is out of time, so I'm planning on riding. I was thinking maybe heading up to Eagle and riding CO 131, then Twenty mile road up to 40 and lunch in Steamboat. From there can take 40 back over Rabbit Ears pass and Berthoud pass, or shoot back down 131 and head over Gore Pass on 134. Route is not written in stone, so any other ideas are welcome. Meeting place would be Morrison Conoco, @ 9:00 - 9:30 AM.

Anyone up for a ride/lunch?

Saturday unfortunately, I have a bunch of mundane house crap to take care of while businesses are open, hopefully, and if my property dries out.  If I can get them done this week on my lunch breaks/after work I "might" be in.  If I am, I'll meet you in Morrison, but the chances are slim.

I'm pretty much doing this route, with trail ridge in the mix hopefully,  the following weekend with a group of friends.  I'm doing a bishop's castle run on the date you mentioned (sat).

I'm juggling chores for the weekend - if I'm there by 0930, Great, if not, don't wait past 0931.

I'd really like to do this.

Justin -

I'm not gonna make it.  I guess juggling is not my forte.

Try to have fun without me.   (and Be Careful!)

Oh well, another time then - I was looking forward to checking out that 14 Smile

If anyone else makes it, I'll be with the orange and black Busa with the Givi top case.

Roads were fine the whole way. Only had one friend wind up showing up in the morning, but he couldn't ride all day, so we did breakfast - then I was off by myself. Got another ride planned for the 11th, will be posting that up soon.

As of now, I don't have a ride planned for the 11th. I'll keep an eye out for your next ride posting.
