I don't know about the rest of you, but possibly with the exception of a great grilled steak for supper it is my favorite meal of the day.  Today we changed it up a bit.  Out of bacon, so it was steak and eggs:

Is that Longaberger pottery I spy?!?   Bigsmile

Breakfast is one of those meals I would so much rather have someone make for me (or pay for) than make myself....frying bacon, scrambling eggs, making pancakes...too much work!  Thankfully Cablebandit doesn't seem to mind breakfast kitchen duty from time to time.

I do the same, often.  I always think the key is to do them RARE to save from the grill, then finish in the pan for brekkie.

Breakfast is my favorite meal.  Unfortunately, I wake up around noon so I rarely get breakfast.

Do you serve this type of breakfast to weary travelers?

I must be the only one who thinks sunny side up eggs are nasty. Hurl

I don't mind the warmish yokes Lol it's the slimy egg whites that are usually uncooked around the yoke that make it so nasty.  A quick over easy is the only way to go...and be sure. Bigsmile

+1.   I enjoy them over easy on occasion as well- but with sunny side up I like to soak the toast in the yolk.   Inlove
