So...what did you think?
Good but i need to make some changes like get a 9x13 baking dish. I ended up having to do it in 2 smaller dishes. Also i need to remember to put the salt and pepper in it. Other than that i like it. I have breakfast covered for the rest of the week.

Lonely day at the office, who knew they were closed ???
Behold, the Hungry Man Sub. Along with "side dish" this little wake up is 1,705 calories, totally worth it. Can't do this as often as I would like any more.

to all the above pics.
Got to work this morning and the deli is closed (working when the rest of the building has a holiday sux). The only thing I wanted was a breakfast burrito with bacon and green chili.
Instead... coffee, instant oatmeal and a banana that I had brought for lunch. No pics warranted, just felt like whining a bit.

got's to go back and look at the recipes in here
My usual diy breakfast:
Those are jalapeno and Serrano peppers, the sausage is made with chicken, cheese and habanero peppers, and of course onions. Heat it up well with a little oil.
Then throw in some eggs:
Don't mix everything too well, let cook as is for awhile, then mix it up just before it's done:
I put a thick hot salsa on top, with some Parmesan cheese, crushed red peppers and some Tones garlic & pepper. Don't forget to be stocked up on all your toiletries first!

Appropriate, considering that I get these from a local Truck stop. I will happily play Larry Flynt to your Hugh Hefner all day long.
This is my current favorite thread on S-T.net, maybe anywhere. When I moan in front of the computer, I tell my wife I am reading it for the recipes.
