Maybe.  Heading to the Triumphs on Broadway picnic in Hendo shortly so we'll have to see what stuff around the house gets done today.

Tomorrow is a half school day for snow makeup...  Are you thinking of a quick ride in the morning afterwards?

Yes, maybe a ride up to Buzzard Rock for a picture or two then back down or I believe you can hit the parkway for a small jaunt then back to the house.  Have to be in TN so getting things done around the house too.

Just let me know..............any other takers.  I just hope I remember how to get to Buzzard Rock???? Headscratch

Matt-

I was great meeting you and talking over some coffee then riding the back roads.  I have to say I held Matt back on the Tiger in the Twisties!  The Tiger is nice but no sport bike for sure!

I found myself gearing way down to only fishtail quite a few times.  It was great following Matt who has a real nose for the roads and where to go.

Just hope he does not mind me tagging along again.  Hope to meet others in the future as well.

BTW-  No Woodfin police when I went screaming through to get back home Matt.  I figured I might be able to talk my way out of a pink slip if I had an encounter! Bigsmile

It was good seeing you too!  Nice ride, even if only for a few hours...  I made it back in time to even have to wait for the other girls to walk up to the school for release.

And you weren't holding me back at all.  Now if the freighttrain of BentAero, FalcoFred, MK96xj, and SprintST get together, it will just be a blur going down the road and neighbors will be scooping up their dogs by the side of the road and running inside...  Lol  We can learn a lot riding behind those guy, but don't ride behind MK too much or you will learn how to lowside like I have...  Bigok

And those Woodfin police, bless their hearts, they like to camp at the Old Leicester Bridge and pull over bikes specifically...  be careful along Riverside Drive.

I was over in your neighborhood, but didn't see you guys. Coworker and I met for coffee on our side of the mountains and rode down through Hot Springs to Trust and over 63 to Asheville, through Asheville south on 74Alt to Bat Cave north on 9 to Old Fort Road to Bethlehem Rd across I-40 over to Marion and up 226A and up to Little Switzerland for a late lunch and then home on NC226/TN107

Nice loop.  We didn't even make it to Trust...  My internal GPS needs to be calibrated as we were cutting through some of the little roads in northern Buncombe and southern Madison County we took a wrong turn coming out of Marshall.  Some of those road surfaces are crap but those are getting weeded out of the inventory.  We did buzz up 63 over the mountain but the clock struck 11:00 so we turned around and came back over.  We saw everything in those 2 hours though - a string of pirates (one of which dropped their empty Pepsi can and full Gatorade bottle in the road going up 63), groundhogs, chipmunks, a vole, a slow milk truck, and crap (figuratively and literally) in the road...

I remember seeing the chimpmunk running in front of you.  That booger was quick!  Once again............thanks for allowing me to follow.  The Tiger has it's limitations but dang sure is fun to ride.  I need a Sprint GT for those roads.......wonder if my wife would see it that way????
