Lovely pics, but why did someone build a road running straight into a large pile of red rock?

The burger pic was something like the tenth or eleventh photo. I kept scrolling and started to worry. Glad everything worked out OK. Whew. (wipes beads of sweat from forehead)

Of course I am. It takes a lot courage to confront your fears. Gives me the heebie-jeebies to walk across a metal grate/bridge above a certain height. Although opaque bridges and mountains don't bother me. Brings home that 'look where you want to go' thang.

On a serious note, one of my friends cured her fear of flying with some therapy and Xanax. Keep working on it.  Thumbsup

Road looks like Snow Canyon?

More importantly - where does one get such a burger in the area?

Yep, Snow Canyon. Burger is at the Brandin' Iron steakhouse in Pine Valley. It was pretty good. Mushrooms were fresh and perfectly cooked.
