FYI:
Motoport Air Mesh Kevlar is very hard on the cuticles, should you accidentally drag your hand across the coarse woven Kevlar materiel.
This shall require more than your usual salon time with your manicurist.
Just letting you all know so you can work this into your riding schedules when you're not troubleshooting electrical gremlins.

actually, Moto Guzzi approached Elton John to play at their 90th anniversary party but were snubbed
apparently he was put off by the brand's over-the-top manliness

I think you are confusing them with the Ducatisti, ConPilot.

I think you are confusing them with the Ducatisti, ConPilot.
I was told they are only concerned about their toenails and their pedicurist, due to pain and comfort issues by wearing pointy shoes all the time.

That's funny because it is so far from the truth! Remember, the first year of Guzzi ownership is full of getting the "character" issues solved, then it's adjusting valves constantly (every 6K) due to the extreme miles Guzzisti put on their bikes. Grease under the finger nails is the real sign of a Guzzisti.
