It's my neighbor's.  He's 80.  It's a late 90's I think and has been sitting for about 8 years.  1300 miles.

Any idea of the value?

Appears to be a one wheel drive model? From that era, I'd bet it's a 650? Miles are pretty low though. I regularly search craigslist looking for a rig I can afford, and from what I've seen 5-6k would be what I'd suspect. Although, with the low miles might be worth a bit more to be fair.
