Great looking bike  Thumbsup, but I wonder how many passenger boots will melt on that exhaust.  Should be great for single up touring.

Agreed, mine is a whole lot more 'standard' UJM and the new CB1000R is a lot more sporty and track oriented.  They de-tuned the motor a lot less and gave it much better suspenders than my 919.  Hell, on my 919 I don't even have adjustable forks.

Because the 1000 is less 'UJM' than the 919 I think the 919 makes a better 'sport-touring' rig, but maybe the aftermarket will have some great luggage options for it in the future.
