I've been thinking about switching to something else, too!

Did it take long to unload the scooter?

It took 30 minutes.  Bigok

But I sold it for $500 under KBB value because I wanted the cash cushion to put in the bank, since I planned to clean out the savings account to buy the F650 four days later.

Love love love the F650. Much less happy with the PO who neglected to tell me that the front brake switch had been removed for some reason, and the receptacle for the switch in the harness had also been cut - leaving me with no brake light from my front brake for the entire 170 mile ride home. Sad

My guess is that he accidentally cut it while installing the heated grips, and rather than try to fix it (which is going to involve removing most of the plastic and the dash), he just pulled the rest of it off the bike.

Wow!  EEK!  Well, once you've decided to sell it you might as well just do it!

Enjoy the new ride  Burnout

Thanks!

I don't often make up my mind to do much, but once I do....look out!  Crazy Lol

I did sell it too cheap, but I also bought it for the same price I sold it for, so really didn't lose anything on the deal and I didn't have to wait around for weeks to get a deal done.  Smile

I'm hoping the F650 stays in my garage for awhile. As much as I love trying different bikes, I'd like to have one long enough to get really comfortable with it and on it.
